Who We Are

Reignite is a relationship wellness application operated by Kiss & Wake Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Canada. Our app is available at app.touchfirst.love.

What Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: First name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Partner invite code: If you invite or join a partner, we store the invite code and link both accounts to a shared couple profile
• Relationship profile data: Anniversary date, relationship nickname, love language, relationship goals, and similar preferences you choose to share
• App content you create: Journal entries, gratitude messages, Honey-Do tasks, wish list items, check-in responses, and challenge progress
• Booking information: If you book a session with a relationship coach through the app, we collect your name, email, and preferred session time

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Which features you use, how often you open the app, and which challenges you complete
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and browser type for compatibility purposes
• Session data: Login timestamps and session duration

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect payment card information directly (handled by Stripe when payment is enabled)
• We do not collect your precise GPS location
• We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone without explicit permission
• We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and maintain your account and couple profile
• Deliver the 21-day challenge content and track your progress
• Enable partner connection features (shared tasks, gratitude, wish lists)
• Send you optional push notifications and morning reminders (only if you grant permission)
• Improve the app based on usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

With your partner: When two users connect via an invite code, certain information is shared between them within the app — including Honey-Do tasks, gratitude messages, wish list matches, and challenge progress. You control what you share through the app's privacy settings.

With service providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Base44 (app infrastructure and database hosting)
• Stripe (payment processing, when enabled)
• Calendly (session booking with relationship coaches)
• Email service providers (for account-related emails only)

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

With law enforcement: Only if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Because Reignite is a relationship wellness app, we treat your data with the highest level of sensitivity. Journal entries and intimate communications within the app are never read by our team unless you specifically contact support and share content with us.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing (such as notifications)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@touchfirst.love. We will respond within 30 days.

To delete your account: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, couple connection, and all associated content within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Reignite is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately delete their account and associated data.

If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at privacy@touchfirst.love.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your login session and app preferences (such as whether you have completed onboarding). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Push Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we may send you morning challenge reminders, partner activity notifications, and streak reminders. You can withdraw notification permission at any time through your device settings without affecting your account.

Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party services such as relationship coaching booking pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you via email or in-app notification if the changes are material. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
